I love doing my eyebrows but to be honest guys, I ain't no brow master. I can go out without lippie, powder and mascara but I can't go out without a fixed and filled eyebrows. I keep on practicing to achieve that #eyebrowonfleek thing but it always don't turn out as what I've expected.

Some people may not like the packaging since it is not catchy and cute but for me, I like it. I love black and I can just sense elegance on it. It comes with a darker and lighter shade for you to be able to mix and blend and achieve the color you want to. I got myself the 001 which is the lightest.

This is how I do my eyebrows: 

• Fill your eyebrows with the lightest color (the second shade which is the brown one)
• Put the darker color from the mid section of your eyebrows to the end. (this will make your eyebrow look natural.
• Don't forget to blend the color on the mid section. 

Still not as good as the brow masters who uses " #eyebrowsonfleek " on instagram. Haha ! But I think it is good enough... like look at the before picture.

Pros:

• It comes with 2 shades
• Lasting power
• Easy to apply ( I love the brush that comes with it)
• Affordable and available locally.
• The price ( affordable ! )

Cons:

• I DON'T HAVE SOME CONS FOR THIS ! 

My Final Verdict : HOLY GRAIL *PERIOD. I think I just need a highlighter to put under my eyebrows to enhance it. 

Myra VitaGlow BB Cream in Beige

I love Myra. I use their Myra-E Shine Free Face Powder up until now while my mom uses Myra VitaGlow Tinted Moisturizer before. I saw their Myra VitaGlow BB Cream in Watson's and decided to buy one since I am a fan of Myra.

Myra VitaGlow BB Cream in Beige 

( P99.00/20 ml) 

Since I am dark and proud to be dark, I got myself a Beige which is the darker one. The packaging is very convenient. It is on a simple and small tube perfect for traveling. 

Directions for use: Shake well before use. Apply a small amount on face and neck blending evenly for a natural finish. For best results, use daily as your facial moisturizer. Can also be used as a make-up base.

I think beige is a little bit lighter for me but when it is applied on the face, it doesn't seem that way. I like the glow it gives. We all know matte is hitting the hot gold right now but I like the dewy look it gives plus, you can use it as a make-up base and put some powder or foundation over it which will make it not that dewy.

PROS :

• The price ( I think this is the most afforable BB cream I've seen.)
• Hypo-allergenic ( Didn't gave me any allergic reaction)
• Suncreen ! (with SPF 15)
• Easy to apply (I use my fingertips to apply it)
• The glow and gives you dewy look ( If you also love it like I do.)
• Doesn't have a strong smell (fragrance free!)

CONS:

• Coverage is not enough ( If you have those blemishes)

My Final Verdict : Not a fail and absolutely not a holy grail. I love it for being affordable and the dewy look it gives. This is love for an affordable bb cream. 

Asian Secrets Lulur Indonesian Whitening Body Scrub with Green Tea and Vitamin E

 

 I'm a fan of body scrub and this is the reason why I take an hour in the shower. Last month I am using a different body scrub but decided to switch to Asian Secrets because of the good feedback I'm hearing about it. Let's see if its true.

• Lulur beads gently exfoliate and remove dead skin cells to smoothen and give a radiant glow

• Contains Green Tea and Vitamin E to help protect the skin and keep it healthy 
• It also moisturizes and leaves the skin with a light fragrant scent. 

First Impression : The packaging is very nice and it got that natural look. The smell is absolutely great ! I love the scent.

Directions : Scrub all over your skin especially the dark areas while it is dry to remove impurities, dead skin and dirt. Rinse with water. 

How I did it : I scrubbed it on the the areas that I want to while it is dry and left if there for 5 minutes before rinsing.

After use : It didn't gave my skin a drastic change but it feels smoother and the smell of it lingers. I really love the scent ! 5 stars for the scent lol. 

 

After a week of using : It lightens my skin for a bit and It feels smooth and clean. It does exfoliate but really mild. I like it mild though.

 

Pros:

• It lightens the skin
• Has a great scent
• Exfoliates the skin
• Affordable and available locally.

Cons:

• Mild lightening ability (not really bad but haven't seen a drastic change on my skin. It will just make your skin a little lighter ).

My Final Verdict : Not a fail, not a holy grail. (It is somewhere in between.)

Moringa O2 Malunggay Herbal Facial Toner

And because I posted a review about MoringaO2 Herbal Soap. I should post a review about its partner in crime. To be honest, I used the toner first. This is my second bottle and I am glad that I repurchased

The product claims that it helps in:

• Moisturizing dry skin
• Skin Lightening

Benefits

• Gently cleanses residual dirt without drying
• May help reduce pimples
• Stimulates cell regeneration and skin renewal
• Deeply nourishes, moisturizes and smoothens dry skin
• Minimizes pores
• Improves skin elasticity, suppleness 
• Skin lightening

What catches my eye is it is for dry and sensitive skin. It is also alcohol-free and with moringa.

Directions : Use a cotton ball and gently apply on face and neck in a circular motion. Use twice daily. For best results, use with MoringaO2 Herbal Soap.

After use : On my first use, my skin really feels clean. It smells all natural and relaxing. It doesn't dry fast ( well, because it doesn't contain alcohol.) No stinging effect.

After a 2 weeks of using : It tightens my skin and minimizes some of my pores around my cheekbones . It dried some of my acne and moisturizes my face after using a micro-exfoliant cream.

My Final Verdict : HOLY GRAIL

Pros:

• It doesn't sting !
• Removes dirt and it greatly cleanses the skin
• Smell (not too strong)
• Dries mild case of acne
• Great moisturizing ability
• Minimizes some of my pores after 2 weeks of use.

Cons:

• Doesn't dry too fast (if you are in a hurry you need to dry it up)
• Bad lightening ability. (not really bad but haven't seen any skin lightening on my face)

It's been a long time since I've posted something on my blog. Ha ! The long wait is over. I bought this new product Moringa O2 Herbal Soap with Moringa O2 Herbal Facial Toner by Gluta-C from SM

When I saw this soap and toner, I decided to give it a try immediately. I love Malunggay (Moringa). I always see it on t.v stating all of its good benefits. I also use it to make a face mask. (For the face mask recipe please click this link : )

With that benefits, who wouldn't want to give it a try? Hmm. Let's see if the claims are true.

First Impression : The soap looks like Irish Spring which is great because I love that body soap. It doesn't have that strong smell. It smells really natura and relaxing. It also comes in a cute handy size.

Directions : Lather into wet skin and then rinse. For best results, use with Moringa-O2 Body Lotion and Moringa-O2 Facial Toner.

Since I am using the Moringa-O2 Facial Toner, I am going to use the soap on my face. 

I lather the soap into my wet face and decided to leave it for just a minute after rinsing it. 

After use : I have to say that this product is a holy grail ! After leaving it for a minute on my face and rinsing it, my face feels really clean. It also improves the elasticity and suppleness of my face because it feels like my face is stretched.

After a week of using : It dried my acne on my cheek (I got a mild case of acne) and it lightens some of my scars.

My Final Verdict :(It's the final countdowwwwn!)

Pros : 

• It cleanses really great. You will know it by how your skin feels after using.
• Good for people who have a mild case of acne
• Good moisturizing abilities ( I can say that because I use Maxi peel micro-exfoliant cream which makes my skin dry.)
• Makes the skin supple and stretched 
• It doesn't melt fast

Cons :

• Not easy to lather. (I am a fan of foamy lather soap and I find it hard to lather it up.)
• Whitening effect takes time
